Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to the sacred and delicate nature of deity shringar and seasonal festive demand, all orders are shipped strictly on a prepaid basis. We do not accept returns/exchanges unless received damaged or incorrect.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at divya.vastram26@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please email us as soon as possible at divya.vastram26@gmail.com with your order number and an unboxing video/photos showing the condition of the package.
